Data Deletion

When you use Feedtile we store your account (name, email), your business profile, the access tokens for any social accounts you connect (encrypted at rest, used only to publish on your behalf), the posts and media you create, and basic usage logs. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

If you can sign in, you can permanently delete your entire account and all of its data at any time:

• Go to Settings → Close account.
• Confirm by typing DELETE.
• This is a permanent hard delete of your organization and everything in it — businesses, posts, media, and all connected-account tokens. It cannot be undone.

If you removed Feedtile from a connected platform (for example, from your Facebook or Instagram settings), that platform revokes our access automatically and we can no longer post for you. To also erase the data we hold, email us at feedtile@gmail.com from the address on your account (or include your Facebook Page name / Instagram handle so we can find it). We will permanently delete your data and confirm within 30 days.

When you remove Feedtile through Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us a data deletion request on your behalf and shows you a confirmation code. That code links to this page. Your connected-account data is removed as described above; if you also want your full Feedtile account erased, use either method above.
